Process
- Log into salesforce and find the correct itinerary by searching the email address, name or student name based on what they gave you. Select the correct Itinerary
- In the Itinerary, click on the [Students Name] in the [Traveler Details] section. This takes you to the student contact details
- The login username is the student's [Email]
- The login password is shown in the [System Information] Section in the [Portal Password] field.
- Copy both of these items into an email reply to the inbox email
- Be sure to include an easy link to the portal:
- Please test logging in with these items & personally ensure they work.

I just reset the logins to the details below. I tested from my side and they worked, but could you try logging in with those and see if that corrected the issue for you?
