Confirm You Received Our Payment

Process


  1. In [Itinerary] in [Financial Statements] Section click on the [Statement Name].
  2. Scroll down to the [Payments] section and look for the payment they are referencing.
  3. Check the [Payment Status] Column to ensure it has been processed.
  4. If it has been processed, confirm with the client.

If it has NOT been Processed

For Checks: if it is not showing in their portal or in Salesforce, and they sent a check - please send a message to Heather Love and ask if the check has recently arrived and not been processed yet. You can do this using an @ in the comment section of Hubspot. Also include the link to the related itinerary.

If it has been Processed

Hi [Client Name], thanks so much for double-checking! I can confirm that your payment of [amount] was processed on [date] - so yes we got it.

If it has NOT been Processed

For a check that isnโ€™t applied on their portal yet: Thanks [Client Name], I don't see it applied to your account yet - but I will check with our accounting team [when? - first thing tomorrow] and see if maybe it just arrived in the mail and just hasn't been processed yet. I'll follow up tomorrow and let you know.
