Check How close on how close we are to the program departure date:
- If it’s less than 1 week - Unfortunately there isn’t enough time to ship a replacement. But don’t worry it won’t be an issue. You’ll still be able to find the group.
- If we have more than 1 week, we can help! We can ship a replacement to you:
- Confirm the address
- Confirm the size (shirts are adult unisex sizes)
- Create a case for Patrick to ship
- No additional fee to ship extra shirt
Lookup Tracking Information

You can locate the tracking information in Salesforce under the student’s itinerary page.
- Navigate to the Student’s Itinerary page
- Scroll down to the T-shirt Details Section
- If the package has been sent, you will see pre-trip tracking link: Track Package. Click on this link to view the estimated time of arrival
- If the pre-trip tracking link is empty, the package has not been shipped yet. Welcome packages are typically sent 30 days prior to travel.

- If Pre-Trip Tracking Number is listed as country team, this means that the package will not be shipped to the client prior to the program. The student will receive their package once they arrive in country.
Note: All travelers from Mexico will receive their package in country.
