      Do I Need to Purchase Insurance (Travel | Medical)?

      [Important Note] The distinction between Travel MEDICAL Insurance and travel insurance is important.

      1. Lookup the family in Salesforce and click on the Itinerary
      2. Search for the field [RP Division] if:
        1. [High School], use the [Self Responsible] email template Below
        2. [Group], then search for the [Opportunity] Field and click the link
        3. Search for the field [Portal Checklist Exclusions]
        4. If [Travel Insurance] IS listed in this field, use the template [Groups - School Covered]
        5. If [Travel Insurance] is NOT listed here, use the [Self Responsible] email template

      Rustic Pathways requires that all students have International Medical Insurance coverage for the duration of their travels.
