Lead Status Overview

  • Open: All leads start here if they are interested and we haven’t connected with them
  • Warm lead: Use if we connect and they do not state they are not considering enrollment
  • Sales qualified: Use if we connect and they express concrete interest in specific programs or dates with a clear intent to enroll
  • Enrolled-2024: Should update when a lead enrolls into a program, use manually if you catch any that need this status
  • Not Interested-2024: Use if client expresses that they do not plan to enroll this year.
  • Interested-2025: Showed specific interest in doing a 2025 program
  • Disqualified - Not interested in Rustic Pathways services or program offering at all
