How Much Is My Voucher?

Process


  1. How do we know if a family already has a voucher?
  2. Navigate to the Contact page of the student.
  3. Go to Payment Credits link at the top of the Contact page. If a voucher exists, it will be located there.


  1. Amount Granted: total value of the voucher
  2. Amount Redeemed: value that has already been used on a RP program or service
  3. Amount Expired: value that is no longer active. This value cannot be used unless the voucher is extended
  4. Amount Removed: value that is no longer active, often because it has been transferred to another client, or if they get an extension (old amount is removed, new amount is sent)
  5. Amount Outstanding: amount remaining active in the voucher (= Amt Granted minus Amt Redeemed minus Amt Expired)
  6. Grant Date: Date the voucher granted
  7. Expiration Date: Date the voucher expires
