If I arrive at the beginning of the arrival window, do I have to wait at the airport for four hours?

Yes, the program has begun! Our staff supervise students at the airport for the full arrival window, and will provide snacks and water, and facilitate early introductions to help students form friendships with other early arrivals. When the chaperoned flight has arrived, the whole group will depart.

In some countries in some circumstances, the leaders may take an earlier group to the hotel, but that may vary even from week to week.
