SOP: Adding Passport Details to Client Portal

Objective

To successfully add passport details for a client to the portal in Salesforce.

Key Steps

  1. Retrieve Client Information
    • Obtain the client's email address.
    • Log in to Salesforce.
    • Use the search bar to find the client's record.
  2. Access Client Itinerary
    • Identify the correct travel program for the client.
    • Click on the itinerary link to open it.
  3. Navigate to Portal
    • Locate and click on the portal link within the client's itinerary.
  4. Submit Passport Details
    • Click on the checklist button.
    • Confirm the traveler's details against the passport image provided.
    • Enter passport details such as passport number, expiration date, country of issue, etc.
    • Upload the passport image.
    • Verify the uploaded file.
    • Submit the passport details.
  5. Finalize and Notify Client
    • Confirm the successful submission of passport details in the portal.
    • Close the portal tab.
    • Send a confirmation email to the client.
    • Update the status in Salesforce to 'closed'.

  • Ensure accuracy when entering passport details to avoid errors.
  • Double-check all information against the provided passport image.
  • Be cautious when uploading the correct passport file to the portal.
