Objective
To efficiently unsubscribe a client who requests to be removed from communication lists.
Key Steps
- Do Not Call Setting
- Locate the client's contact record in Hubspot.
- Set the "Do Not Call" option to true.
- Remember to save the changes.
- Adding a Note
- Navigate to the notes section.
- Create a note titled "Do Not Call Unsubscribe."
- Save the note.
- Pinning the Note
- Open the note.
- Click on "Actions" and select "Pin."
- This ensures the note stays at the top of the activity list for easy visibility.
Cautionary Notes
- Ensure to save changes after setting the "Do Not Call" option to true.
- Double-check that the note is pinned to prevent it from getting buried in other activities.
