Update Med Form Info / Clear Med Form

Process IF Med Form Is Already Completed


  1. In Student Itinerary in [Forms] Section [Med Record] will have a date next to it
  2. Adding something to the medical form - Admin Facing
  3. For when a client wants to add or change one/two things, you can add it for them
  4. From the student’s current itinerary, look under [Program Details]
  5. Click on the [Medical Record] name
  6. Update the section requested by family
  7. Save

Process If a client wants to completely fill out a new form - you can reset it for them.


  1. From the student’s current itinerary, look under [Forms]
  2. Clear the date next to the [Medical Complete] field
  3. Double-click the pencil widget
  4. Delete the existing date
  5. Save
  6. This marks it as “Incomplete” in their portal and will now allow them to click a link to begin filling it out again.
