Update Med Form Info / Clear Med Form
Process IF Med Form Is Already Completed
- In Student Itinerary in [Forms] Section [Med Record] will have a date next to it
- Adding something to the medical form - Admin Facing
- For when a client wants to add or change one/two things, you can add it for them
- From the student’s current itinerary, look under [Program Details]
- Click on the [Medical Record] name
- Update the section requested by family
- Save
Process If a client wants to completely fill out a new form - you can reset it for them.
- From the student’s current itinerary, look under [Forms]
- Clear the date next to the [Medical Complete] field
- Double-click the pencil widget
- Delete the existing date
- Save
- This marks it as “Incomplete” in their portal and will now allow them to click a link to begin filling it out again.
