Onboarding Packet Signed
The Onboarding Packet is an outline of rules and expectations we have for your program. All we need is for you to read through the information and sign at the end.

Due 90 Days Pre-Travel - MANDATORY

Medical Info Form
For the safety of your child, this is where you will list any allergies, medication, or concerns for our team to be aware of in advance of the program)

Passport info / Full Name / DOB
Make sure your passport expires more than 6 months after travel dates, and make sure that the name on the passport matches Rustic Pathway's forms and tickets.

Travel Med Insurance

Their flight details/travel details
(The flight details portion of your portal is where we need your childs travel information. If they are on our group flight we will upload the international flights however, we will still need the travel information for your connections to the hub airport. If you are self booking your lights to the destination please be sure to upload these within the portal so we can track your child on the travel day.)

Unaccompanied Minor or not
Some airlines mandate young travelers without an adult be unaccompanied minors. This means the airline will only hand off your student to the staff member specifically given. It is imperative for us to know if your child is a UM to make sure our staff is prepped and ready for them at the airport.

If Out Of Window (OOW) / what do you want (chaperone or DIY chill)?
If you are arriving or departing outside of our arrival or departure windows we will need to know if you prefer to have your child wait at the airport until our staff arrive or if you would like a chaperone to be at the airport once your student lands to wait with them. If you would like a chaperone the cost would be $250pp.

Travel Insurance (Optional, but STRONGLY recommended)
is highly recommended to protect your child and program investment in case something unexpected arises before or during their travel program.
We partner with Roam Right and they have a few different policies to choose from to best fit your needs.

Incidental Form (Optional, but STRONGLY recommended)
(Preauthorize how much we can charge your credit card if expenses arise on the program that need payment)

What About Visas or Country Entry Requirements?
- Some countries may require these items, but they DO NOT NEED to be submitted to Rustic Pathways. Check Sherpa for more information.
- Rustic Pathways WILL share country/visa requirements with clients and explain how, when, and where to obtain them.
