  • Lookup Student Itinerary
    • If Group Travel, go to [Opportunity] > [Public Webpage URL] > [Packing List]
    • If Student Travel, go to their [Portal] > [Checklist] > [Packing List]

Objective: To provide team members with a step-by-step guide on how to access and share the packing list for travelers in their portal.

SOP: Accessing Packing List for Travel Program

Key Steps:

  1. Identify the traveler's name and destination.
  2. Look up the traveler's itinerary in the salesforce.
  3. Navigate to the portal link associated with the traveler.
  4. Encourage the client to log into their portal if they want to see themselves.
  5. In the portal view, locate and click on the checklist menu item.
  6. Scroll down the checklist to find the packing list link.
  7. Click on the packing list link to access the complete list.
  8. Optionally, copy the packing list content and send it to the client via email using HubSpot.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure the accuracy of the traveler's name and destination to access the correct packing list.
  • Remind clients to log into their portal for easy access to the packing list.
  • Double-check the content before sending it to the client to avoid any errors.
