My kid doesn’t see anyone at the airport

Has your kid checked in with their AC, have they reached out to the number, the person is likely nearby, reach out seek instruction there
If they are still struggling, go to the nearest airport staff, can you help point me in the direction of (instruction from Wheels Up),
Escalation: call and I can walk the student through it
Get parent out of in between (comfort first obvi)
Our staff is there, we are in contact, just a matter of getting them connected, I'm sure they are not very far.
